FAQs

Why – we choose from the three available airlines providing services for hajj pilgrims. Amongst them, Saudia is found to be the most popular and reliable according to the hajj pilgrims and we try to stick with Saudia as long as they can confirm the desired dates in accordance with our hajj packages. Biman Bangladesh and FlyNas are also reliable and recommendable. We keep our options at hand due to the availability of seat bookings and package plans. If our group package plan is arriving a month before Hajj, we request seats according to these airlines. For the group package that was planned to arrive just before the hajj, we also need to request early from these airlines. We request our pilgrims to not be rigid with flight dates as the pilgrimage experience is much more comfortable and cherishable if performed in a group. But we cater to individual requests as well.

The hotel experience plays a major part in the total pilgrimage experience. The hajj pilgrim is eager to stay as close as possible to the masjid al haram in Makkah and Madinah. The pilgrims also need a clean hotel experience. Thus we have decided to enhance the services by providing them with hotels in close proximity to the masjid in both Makkah and Madinah, abiding by the package rules. We also planned both our packages in three intervals. 18-day term in Makkah, 9-day term in Madinah and 10-day term in Aziziyah(a place which is close to Mina as Hajj revolves around places such as mina, muzdalifah and arafah). All these for a much more convenient experience.

The transportation management throughout the hajj is shared between two parties, the majority of it is under the management of the Saudi Company that has made a contract to provide food and transportation during the days of the hajj and transportation to-and-from the airport. The other travel such as Makkah, taif and Madinah tours and in addition, some bus services during hajj are arranged by Us, the agency. Transportation is by Buses and in some cases Trains.

If so, what will we be provided- We only provide bengali cuisine as most hajj pilgrims are accustomed to it. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are delivered in rooms. We alternate dishes now and then to keep a fresher taste.

Breakfast: Paratha/flatbread/pita bread, daal/vegetable, egg, fruits. Occasional khichuri.
Lunch: Rice, meat (beef, mutton, camel, lamb), bhorta, daal, in Friday biriyani.
Dinner: Rice, fish curry, salad, and daal (various fish options).

Is it managed by the agency or do we contact other saudi companies? We as an agency leave the decision to be upon the individual’s freedom as they might have plans for it. But we also have a saudi company management team specialized on slaughtering, processing, cooking the meat and delivering it to the rooms of pilgrims. The slaughter cost is not included in our overall package price as it is a separate service managed on request.
